Daily operation from 14.05.2026 - 08.11.2026
- Operation from 8.40 to 16.40 in 20-minute intervals.
- Extended operating times:
Operation until 21.30 for everyone during Fondue dates!
Operation before sunrise during September & October sunrise dates. - In May, June, October and November, the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn may not operate in very poor weather conditions (except for special events).
Winter 2026 / 2027
Revision 09.11. – 26.11.2026, 30.11. – 03.12.2026, 07.12. – 10.12.2026 and 14.12. – 17.12.2026
During this time, the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn will unfortunately have to close to carry out the necessary and prescribed inspection work.

Operation 27.11. – 29.11.2026, 04.12. – 06.12.2026, 11.12. – 13.12.2026 and daily 18.12.2026 – 04.04.2027
Operation from 8.40 am to 4.40 pm in 20-minute intervals.
Summer 2027
Revision 05.04.2027 – 05.05.2027
During this time, the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn will unfortunately have to close to carry out the necessary and prescribed maintenance work.

- Operation from 8.40 am to 4.40 pm at 20-minute intervals.
- Extended operating hours:
Operation until 9.30 pm for everyone during Fondue dates!
Operation before sunrise during September & October sunrise dates. - In May, June, October and November, the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn will not operate in very poor weather conditions (except for special events).
